The quality standard and the high production capacities place the Grissitalia group in a primary position in the field of industrial bakery. Our group operates in the fresh bread and bread substitutes sector with a global production of about 36,300 tons per year and we boast 4 production plants equipped with the most modern technologies. We are present with our brands and private labels both at the level of G.D.O. what a discount channel.

In Oricola (AQ), long-life soft bread is produced. Alessandria specializes in the production of breadsticks, mainly the typical Turin stretched breadstick “pinched” at the ends. The Mombercelli (AT) plant is dedicated to the production of frozen bread, Prato Sesia (NO) to the production of fresh bread.
