The high quality standard and production capacity place the Grissitalia group in a leading position in the field of industrial baking. Our group operates in the fresh bread and bread substitute business with a global production of around 80,000 tonnes per year and boasts 4 production establishments equipped with the latest technology. We are present with our own brands and private labels in both the large-scale retail and discount channel.

In Oricola (AQ), we produce long-life soft bread. Alessandria (AL) specialises in the production of American Sandwich, soft breads and breadsticks, mainly the typical stretched Turin breadstick with the “pinched” ends. The establishment in Mombercelli (AT) is dedicated to the production of frozen bread, Prato Sesia (NO) to the production of fresh bread, loaves, sliced bread and breadcrumbs.

This is why it has drawn up a code of ethics, which each member of the company must use to guide his or her own behaviour, but which is also meant to provide answers to all those who have relations with our company in various capacities.
