This new line was created with the aim of offering a product that is not only of excellent Italian quality but also convenient and easy to prepare! It only takes a few minutes in the oven to have bread on the table “as if freshly baked”! Ideal for those who like to always have a genuine product in the house, with the typical shape, smell, and taste of fresh bread.
This type of bread is only partly baked; it is then baked to perfection by the retailer or, in the case of packaged bread, by the end consumer. This method preserves the qualities and aromas of the bread, fundamental characteristics for enjoying an excellent product and evoking feelings of craftsmanship and tradition.
Classic, chocolate, walnut Quadrotta bread. Ciabatta, Pita Bread made with Common Wheat and with oat flakes. Bozza, Corona bread and Focaccia with extra virgin olive oil.
