Our philosophy is to give the feeling of “made like it used to be”: skilful hands putting care and attention into every creation. Since 1974, we have been telling the story of bread and its great family and providing solid proof of our respect for it through our work.

It was 1974...

…when, for the first time, on the ground floor of an old building in the historic centre of Mombercelli, the smell of bread that invaded every alleyway started turning heads. A fragrance that, everywhere, reminded people of the desire to be at home together.

Today, the company has 4 factories in Italy with a production of about 36,300 tonnes per year, delivering its products to the main distribution channels: large-scale retail, the Discount channel and the catering and hospitality sector. Long-life breads are produced in Oricola (AQ). Alessandria specialises in the production of soft breads (loaves and bauletto bread), American Sandwich and the typical Turin stretched breadstick with the characteristic “pinched” end. The establishment in Mombercelli (AT) is dedicated to the production of frozen bread, Prato Sesia (NO) to the production of fresh bread, round loaves and sliced bread. The establishments comply with all regulations and technical standards guaranteed with IFS, BRC, ICEA certifications.

We have entrusted our products to the care of experienced hands. The passion for bread made the old-fashioned way and the desire to respond to every dietary need lead us to perfect our proposals every day.

From Breadsticks of all kinds: Torinesi, Friabili, Artigianali, Fusetti breadsticks… to Loaves and Bauletto Bread already cut into slices, all the way to the entire ORGANIC line, the American Sandwich line, Frozen Bread, Fresh Bread and Desserts. We have produced a wide range to suit all tastes.
