INGREDIENTS
Soft wheat flour type 62%, water, seed mix 8% (sunflower seed, sesame seeds and brown linseed), yeast, mix of 5 cereals (white rye flour, pearl barley flour, white spelt flour, brown linseed, oatmeal), salt, natural yeast of type “0” soft wheat flour in powder, roasted barley malt. May contain soy, mustard, milk, eggs and walnuts.
