INGREDIENTS
Soft wheat flour type “0” 57.2%, water, mix of cereals 9% (white rye flour, pearl barley flour, white spelt flour, brown linseed, oat flour), decoration seed mix 3.7% (sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and brown linseed), salt, yeast, natural yeast of type “0” soft wheat flour in powder, malted barley malt. May contain soy, mustard, milk, eggs and walnuts.
